About the project

Our lovely client in Leeds had just purchased a property which was in need of a complete remodel. By adding an extension to the rear end of the property we were able to open up the entire house and eliminate all the existing small narrow hallways. 

Our client loved a very minimalistic and modern design but wanted to keep traditional elements of the property. With carful design we managed to create a space which complimented the existing architecture of the property by keeping the existing fireplace and adding traditional coving and skirting boards. We also managed to bring in the modern style by adding in beautiful modern pieces of furniture.
