A landlord in Poole, Dorset had asked us to help renovate his new flat so he could add to his portfolio of properties. 

This property needed a new burst of life under a small budget with a quick turn around. We focused on the most important parts of the property and the areas that needed the most attention. 

We added new sockets and flooring to the whole property and touched up the walls and ceilings where needed.  In the master bedroom we changed the old built in cupboard with new mirrored sliding doors. This reflected the light in the room and gave the illusion that it was bigger in size. We decided that the bathroom needed to be completely 
 changed and added new tiles and sanitary ware.
